Build with the SDK
For developers, OEMs, and system integrators building their own software.
- ESUMEI G3 hardware
- Public hardware documentation
- Python SDK
- RS-485/Modbus starting point
ESUMEI G3 connects to RS-485/Modbus field devices. ESUMEI OS acquires and buffers the data at the edge. ESUMEI Cloud makes it available anywhere — or build your own path with the Python SDK.
Field meters connect to ESUMEI G3. ESUMEI OS runs the edge logic. ESUMEI Cloud makes the data available anywhere — or build your own path with the SDK.
Compatible multifunction meters and industrial instruments.
Acquires, buffers, and manages connectivity for the site.
Polls, normalizes, and forwards data — resilient to outages.
Remote visibility, controller health, alerts, and provisioning.
Customer dashboards, integrations, or monitoring systems.
For developers, OEMs, and system integrators building their own software.
For customers who want the controller with a ready edge-software layer.
For an end-to-end managed monitoring service.

The industrial controller at the center of the platform — connects to compatible meters, acquires data, buffers it locally, and communicates with remote systems.
Maintains controller operation during loss of primary station power, with up to 3 days autonomy under the standard operating profile.
Continues acquiring feeder data during communications outages, with up to 14 days retention for 10 meters under the standard acquisition profile.

ESUMEI G3 uses 4G LTE Cat-1bis for primary connectivity with 2G fallback, helping remote deployments remain reachable at sites where LTE is unavailable but a 2G network is still in service.
This can be particularly useful for industrial and utility assets deployed across regions where multiple generations of mobile infrastructure remain operational.
The edge software running on every ESUMEI G3 — acquisition, buffering, and connectivity, handled at the site.
Reads compatible RS-485/Modbus devices using meter templates.
Converts readings into a standardized electrical data model.
Resilient local storage — store-and-forward through outages.
Manages cellular connectivity, outbound-only and TLS-encrypted.
Sends data to configured destinations over MQTT or HTTPS.
Buffered readings drain in order once connectivity returns.
Config changes are checked before they take effect.
Supported meters and connectivity, configured remotely where supported.
The managed service that receives, organizes, and visualizes data from deployed ESUMEI controllers.
Deployed controllers reporting into one managed service — organization shown abstractly, not real customer data.
Remote data access and visualization for deployed controllers.
Controller and device organization, provisioning, and asset identification.
Alerts, notifications, and managed update coordination.
